* Please note that if the ceremony & reception are at different locations, an additional, chargeable 2 hours is required.
** For venues with no broadband we use our 4G systems on either 2 degrees or Vodafone depending on which service is better in the area. The venue must be within a 4G coverage zone.
*** The quality of the stream is obviously only as good as the connection, a cabled connection to the venues broadband router is always best.
**** We do not accept responsibility for a livestream failure, we are in the hands of the various ISP’s and have no control over the connection.
